I know I’ve been quiet. I’ve been, I am, both within and reading, for me one goes with the other and it isn’t possible to do one without the other, not really. So I’ll be bursting out here one of these days soon, but I got something in the mail today that really caught my eye. Take a look at this.
\nThe Dog, The Cat and The Rat<\/a><\/p>\n

Now this from Steve Goodier:<\/p>\n

GOD LOVES VARIETY
\nI like the story about three ministers and a priest who played golf
\ntogether every week. They decided to visit each other’s churches. So
\nthe following day, the three ministers showed up at an early morning
\nmass at their friend’s church. There were no empty pews, so they
\nstood in the back.<\/p>\n

When the priest saw them, he whispered to the little acolyte, “Get
\nthree chairs for the Protestants! ” The boy looked stunned and sat
\ndown.<\/p>\n

The priest pointed in the back to where the clergymen were standing
\nand repeated, “Get three chairs for the Protestants. ” The confused
\nboy still stared back blankly.<\/p>\n

Exasperated, the priest said emphatically, “Please! Get three chairs
\nfor the Protestants! ”<\/p>\n

The dismayed acolyte stood before the congregation and announced,
\n“Ladies and gentlemen. This is the first time this has ever been done
\nin a Catholic church, but let’s all stand and give three cheers for
\nthe Protestants! ”<\/p>\n

Perhaps it’s time to give three cheers to those of another faith. And
\nwhile we’re at it, let’s applaud those of other cultures and races,
\ntoo! What a beautiful world it is when all are truly part of one
\nglorious family! And after all, if God doesn’t love variety, why is
\nthere so much of it?<\/p>\n
